All transactions will be conducted in United States currency. All prices, availability, departure times, and locations are subject to change without notice. No activity price or availability is guaranteed until full payment is received. If we are unable to obtain an authorization on the credit card you submitted, we will attempt to notify you at the email address and or phone number you provided. In addition, your reservation will be canceled. An e-mail will be sent out with Tour details, arrival times, and addresses. Please contact us for reservation details.  Activities & flights may include some elements of risk. We assume no liability for injuries. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled flight date are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. Cancellations outside of 24 hours of scheduled flight time will be rescheduled. 

You must bring your order number with you on the day of the flight. Refund requests for cash must be done within 2 weeks of purchase. Outside of the 2 week period, the tickets are not redeemable for cash, only the flight listed on the ticket.  All prices, fees, hours of operation, flight durations and departure locations subject to change without notice

Tickets purchased on our website are valid until used unless otherwise stated. 

Stratus Helicopters reserve the right to upgrade, alter or terminate any or all of our flights due to security, weather, acts of God, or for any other reason we deem necessary. Please be advised that unforeseen circumstances may interfere with on-time departures. Photos on this website do not necessarily depict the route that our flights follow. All prices, durations, routes, fees, departure locations, and hours of operation subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to use any pictures taken by our staff, guests, and pictures posted to our social media.
